WHAT AND HOW?

I have seen usually, but I especially saw in the Past Paper Workshop that the reason for failure in exams is not because of lack of time but because of a lack of direction. Usually, students do not know HOW to do... They understand and do WHAT needs to be done but HOW lacks... And when you tell them, I do not know why they do not do how they are told.

Wesay tou aam tor se par Past Paper Workshop mein khaas tor se mein ne dekha hai ke imtehaan mein naakaami ki bari wajah waqt ki kami nahi balkay simth (direction) ki kami hai... aksar students ko pata hi nahi hota keh "KESAY" karna hai... "KIA" tou woh samajh aur kar bhi letay hain par "KESAY" ki bari kami hai... aur batao tou bhi pata nahi kiun wesay nahi kartay jesay kaha jata hai.

Relevant or Irrelevant

When I was at your age, say some 37 or 38 years ago, I didn't know anything about career guidance and distinguishing between relevant and irrelevant information. When I became a teacher in 1991 the first thing I did was start career guidance in my college as well as in coaching centres. At that time very few had any idea about this. The point which I  realised later in my life is that in a society like ours one has to get this guidance by himself.
